Sustainable Methods

Shaping Tomorrow

VIRES champions sustainable construction by delivering over 90% of homes using modern methods of construction (primarily timber frame), building all new homes to at least EPC B with the capability to achieve EPC A or Passive standards, and drawing on extensive experience in both MMC and traditional methods; this approach, combined with brownfield site delivery and on‑site material reuse through our civil engineering capabilities, supports reduced CO₂ emissions and aligns with our Business Carbon Reduction Plan toward Net Zero 2030.

We are:

  • Utilising MMC
  • Reshaping brownfield sites
  • Delivering key services
  • Providing capacity
  • Meeting ESG requirements
